HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR PRODUCT(S) TO ARRIVE AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

It depends on a couple factors.

1) Do you live in or outside the United States?

2) Is the product in-stock and available for immediate shipment? Your order will ship within 1 - 2 business days after your order was placed. If you live in United States your order will be shipped via First Class or Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service.

 

If you live outside the United States your order will be shipped via First Class International Mail via the United States Postal Service. Shipping international required packages go through customs and can take a couple weeks to arrive once shipped, depending on your location.

 

Once your order has been shipped we will email you with a tracking # that will allow you to see the progress of your package and the expected delivery date.

 

 

HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?

International shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and dimensions of the package, therefore there is not one standard price for international shipping as it may vary depending on your order. However, it generally starts off between $8-$12 and goes up as the amount of items that you order increases.



Remember, you can always go all the way to the end of the checkout process to see how much it would cost for your particular order before you actually place the order. 



HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

For domestic shipping in the US your order will be shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking information provided.

For international shipping your order will be shipped by USPS First Class International mail with tracking information provided.

 

I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION

If you did not receive an email with tracking information for your order, you may have entered the wrong email address. If this is the case, you can log into your account on the website and view your order and tracking information there. If you did not create an account when placing an order, then please email artsncrftsco@gmail.com.

 

WHERE CAN I VIEW MY TRACKING INFORMATION?

To view your tracking information, use the link inside of the shipping confirmation email that was sent to the email address that you used when you placed your order. In addition, you can also log into your account on the website and view your orders where the tracking information is provided. You can also track your package right on www.usps.com.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes, we ship everywhere in the world. We've got you covered! For international shipping, we use USPS First Class International mail. 


If your country charges customs fees and taxes for importing product from the US, you will be required to pay these fees to your country's shipping provider in order to receive your package. We have no control over your country charging these fees and taxes.


Every country's policy is different for when and why they charge these fees, please search for your country's customs policy before placing an order. The main country that we have noticed enforcing these additional fees and taxes has been the United Kingdom. If you live in the UK be advised that you will most likely be charged an additional fee / tax for the import of goods from the United States. The fee / tax is based on the value of the the merchandise.

This does not mean that if you live outside the UK that you will not be charged these fees, so it is worth reading into your country's import / custom fees and taxes laws to know for sure.
